Not only the teeth visible while smiling should be healthy, but also the teeth present behind which help us in chewing food. A combination of pearly white teeth, with each one of it present in our mouth, without any carious infections, a slight amount of pink gum visibility, proper alignment of your front teeth, without any breakage, constitute a perfect smile. Also, one of the most important aspects, a healthy smile, that is without a bad breathe. You wouldn't smile with bad odor coming out of your mouth, would you?
